The documents are substantial - they seek to be comprehensive in terms of the information they contain.

PDF Nos 1 & 3 are somewhat controversial. We are not a 'glossy images' type of organisation - above all we have an overriding commitment to honesty and "the truth". The PDFs cover quality of product and integrity of supply channel, and have been put together with a view to helping the consumer understand exactly 'what they are loooking at'.

The information we present here will be found to be 'more than a little uncomfortable' in many quarters. These documents are about exposing poor standards in mobility equipment supply which the public is usually completely unaware of - and that is certainly the way many vested interests would prefer to keep it!
