Who is collecting and using your personal data?
ORWOOD MOBILITY MANUFACTURING will act as a “data controller” for any personal data that you provide to us. As such, we will ensure that the data given to us is processed in line with your rights under the EU General Data Protection Regulations and associated data protection laws currently applicable in the UK.
Why are we collecting personal data?
We collect personal data exclusively for the purposes of enabling effective communication exchange initiated by individuals making enquiry of us about our products and/or services, to enable the proper performance and discharge of any contractual obligations that might arise between ORWOODS and its customers/clients in the course of supply of products or services, and to comply with legislative and public authority requirements in the course of our business: the legal bases upon which we collect hold and process your personal data are therefore direct consent of individual(s) concerned, contractual necessity, and legal obligation.
Who we will share your personal data with?
We will not share your data with any third party other than where required to do so by law (eg HMRC / Inland Revenue). In particular we will not share your data with any commercial organisation that is not part of ORWOODS.
How long will we hold your personal data?
ORWOODS will retain your personal data for a period of six years.
